The company was founded in 1980 by Christos Besiris and Naoum Passias. During our course, we successfully completed a large number of complex construction projects of all scales. We have continuously evolved through innovative solutions and practices while consolidating our position and recognition in the engineering and construction industry.

1980

Foundation of TES SA by Christos Besiris and Naoum Passias.

1985

Undertaking and construction of public and private construction projects in the broader region of Central Macedonia.

1988

TES undertakes its 1st railway project with Hellenic Railways Organization as the developer.

1990

Start of TES activities throughout Greece. The company shows dynamic and continuous development and expansion of its activities in various public and private construction sectors.

2002

TES undertakes its first electricity network project with the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator as the main developer.

2004

The company implements the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System throughout its activities.

2010

ICAP certification “Strongest Companies in Greece.” As a consortium member, TES undertakes the construction and operation for 30 years of the Underground Car Parking Station of Serres.

2017

Implementation certification of Quality Management System ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015. Implementation certification of Occupational Health and Safety Management System ELOT 1801:2008/OHSAS 18001:2007. Implementation certification of Environmental Management Systems ELOT EN ISO 14001:2015.

2019

TES, as a member of a consortium, undertakes the construction of the Serres Water Refinery and the Emmanuel Pappas Municipality Wastewater Treatment Plant, acquiring expertise in the construction, maintenance, and operation of environmental facilities.
