Christos Mpesiris is the Chairman and one of TES founding members. He completed his Civil Engineering Degree at the National Technical University of Athens. During his career, he has always been active in the real estate sector, as well as participated in financial companies.
Naoum PassiasVice President
Naoum Passias is Vice Chairman, Managing Director and one of TES founding members. He graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of Bologna (IT). During his career, he has always been active in the real estate sector as well as participated in financial companies.
Petros Tzintzis is one of TES founding members. He is manager and coordinator in the mechanical equipment department, one of the largest and most important departments of the company.

Konstantinos Liousas is the manager of TES financial department. He has been working in the company since 1990 and he is also a member of the Boards of Directors.
Christos KonstantasElectrical engineer
Christos Konstantas is a graduate of Electrical Engineers at the National Technical University of Athens. He completed his postgraduate studies in ‘’Environmental Design of Infrastructure Projects’’ at the Open University of Greece. He has been working in TES since 2000, he is in charge of the Procurement department and Chief Engineer in company’s projects.
Georgios PassiasCivil engineer
Georgios Passias has graduated and completed his postgraduate studies as a Civil Engineer at the Civil Engineering School of the University of East London (UK). He has also completed his MBA postgraduate degree at the International Hellenic University (GR). He works as an engineer in TES construction projects, and is a member of the Board of Directors.

Ioannis Giantsios is a graduate of Civil Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has been working in TES since 2006, currently as a Chief Engineer in company’s construction projects.
Georgios GaitatzisCivil engineer
Giorgos Gaitatzis is a graduate of Civil Engineer at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has been working in TES since 2002, currently as a Chief Engineer in company’s construction projects.

Contracting and construction of public and private construction projects in the wider region of North Greece
TES expands its activities in the whole region of Greece. Dynamic and continuous growth and expansion of company’s activities in various fields of the public and private sector.

Foundation of the subsidiary construction company Azimuth sa, a company mainly involved in construction projects of smaller scale and special expertise.

ICAP Certification ‘’Strongest Companies in Greece’’.
TES as a member of a consortium undertakes the design construction and operation (30 years contract) of an underground car park located in the city of Serres (GR). The project was funded through private (consortium) and public sector investments.
TES continues to gain expertise and special technical knowledge, and is contracted with the operation and maintenance of two Vacuum Sewage Networks and two Pumping and Collection Stations located in Skoutari-Mitrousi (GR).
